Terms of Use
Last updated 28 October 2026
By signing in to CaloriQ you agree to these terms. They are written in plain language. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
1. What CaloriQ is
CaloriQ is a free tool that helps you track calories, weight and progress, built for Filipino food. It is run by JM Solutions (JC Mier), Cebu, Philippines. Questions: the person who invited you to CaloriQ.
2. Not medical advice
- CaloriQ gives general information only. It is not medical advice and does not replace a doctor or dietitian.
- Calories, macros, targets and dates are estimates. They can be wrong, and your real results will differ.
- Talk to a doctor before changing your diet or exercise if you have a medical condition, take medication, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or have ever had an eating disorder.
- Stop and get medical help if you feel unwell.
3. Who can use it
You must be 18 or older, sign in with your own Google account, and give accurate information. One account per person.
4. Your account
You are responsible for what happens under your account. You can delete it at any time in Settings. See the Privacy Notice for what we do with your information.
5. Please don't
- use CaloriQ to break the law or harm others;
- try to break into, overload or copy the service;
- enter false information to cheat, including on future leaderboards.
6. Early version
CaloriQ is an early preview. Features may change, pause or be reset, and the service may be interrupted. We try to keep your information safe, but we cannot promise it will never be lost, so keep your own record of anything important.
7. Our responsibility
CaloriQ is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses that come from using it or relying on its estimates. Nothing here limits any right you have under Philippine law that cannot be limited.
8. Changes and ending
We may update these terms or stop the service, and will change the date above when we do. If you keep using CaloriQ after an update, you accept the new terms. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
9. Governing law
These terms follow the laws of the Philippines.
This is the preview version of the terms for CaloriQ's early version. It will be reviewed and updated before public launch.
